They spoke of beauty and all that is divine Beautiful to see,hard to define...

The fascination that held my eye, Could be seen to few, the rest were blind As i lay wondering what sublime entity lay in my way... I tried my best but could not say, What touched me anew, What captivated my eye,


But it was something i longed to define- Words inside me bereft me,

As i lie aware at the futility of ink

They couldn't paint the picture i had seen And so the parchment lies crumpled and tangled filled with emptiness and disarray The turmoil of my wayward mind gnaws at me today Alas! The paper still doesn't stain, With the vastness of my thoughts The writer fails! My stilted verses, Were too little to define, The twisted ways of the human mind...
